March organizers were expecting 1 million people in London. Figures have been banded about but it would be fair to say there were between 300,000 and 400,000 people. It was claimed by the organisers including Ed Milliband (whose speech incited the crowd) that these people were TUC workers and the mainstream majority. I am sure I am not the only who disagrees with him and the evidence shows although there were genuine TUC people there, and other union people mainly of PCS whose jobs are under threat, there were also many Communists/Socialist/Militant Labour groups, Union Labour, CO-OP Labour, Trots, Leninists, Stalinists, CPGB, and assorted other Reds, anarchists, eco activists, Taliban, SWP, various Socialists, UAF, Anti fascists, Militant Black Orgnisations, Gang banging Crims, various Asian and middle eastern contingents, Anti war Muslims, lesbian and gay Groups, assorted NUT people and students, unemployed, hell bent rioters, and tourists…really a right old mix …
London and in particular the City area was obviously in lock down mode and Max alert. Speculation said there 10,000 police involved including Anti terrorist, Tactical Support Group, Firearms officers, Police Horses, Dogs etc. The police blocked off most of London and the side roads along the route of the main march although this did not stop some of the marchers causing trouble in the West End and in and around Trafalgar Square. Here they occupied landmarks (it was suggested that marchers turn Trafalgar Sq into Tahir Sq, Egypt) government and private buildings including shops, and defaced and graffiti on national monuments.
The Soviets in the Cold war Era spent a fortune grooming these Reds in our country and on trips to Soviet Russia. Their spies have been exposed at the top of every government department. They are still at it and their secret services and government spend the most money on espionage and spying in OUR country the UK.
The reason most of these people attended was because they relied on the labour party to supply them with jobs and positions. Now the country is broke they fear their positions, as a protected elite will be threatened. The Tories won the election and Labour should stop whining and threatening us and ignoring the publics will and vote. The police operation is expected to cost £35 million and the affect on London businesses was considerable. Labour could be said to be still wasting our money even though they are not in government anymore.

THE desperate plight of children in Britain being forced to rely on food parcels to survive is today revealed by the Sunday Express.
Government cutbacks, rising unemployment and soaring food prices are forcing a growing number of families to miss meals, eat badly or go hungry. In one heartbreaking case a 10-year-old boy was arrested for stealing food to feed his two younger sisters.
While some children are short of food, far more are severely deprived of essential nutrients because they are relying on cheap junk food.
Nutrition expert Professor Philip James said: “The rate of malnutrition is reaching astonishing levels. Children are being denied fresh foods because families cannot afford to buy them.
“On their poor diets, by early adolescence these malnourished youngsters will be affected by premature diabetes and early signs of underlying heart disease.
“The bone health of these youngsters is under threat and doctors are seeing increasing cases of rickets.”

PARIS (EJP)--- Results of a poll conducted by a German think-tank on European attitudes towards Jews and Israel are "deeply disturbing," said the European Jewish Congress (EJC).
The Friedrich Ebert Foundation, a think-tank associated with Germany’s Social Democratic Party, found extremely worrying attitudes amongst a host of Europeans.
The study – "Intolerance, Prejudice, Discrimination: A European Report" –questioned roughly 1,000 people in Great Britain, Holland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Poland and France.
When asked to respond to the statement that "Israel is conducting a war of extermination against the Palestinians," 63% of the study’s participants in Poland agreed with the statement, while in Germany 47.7 percent expressed agreement.
Dr. Moshe Kantor, President of the EJC expressed incredulity at the results. "It is astonishing to see these figures and a damning indictment on efforts to fight hatred and intolerance in Europe," he said.
"The governments of Europe, and the European Union, have to wake up to this before it is too late."
The researchers also asked respondents whether they agreed with the statement "Jews try to take advantage of having been victims during the Nazi era." 72.2% of Polls, 49.8% of German’s and 68.1% of Hungarians replied in the affirmative.
"For too long there have been some who have explained that they are not anti-Semitic, but merely anti-Israel, this study, along with many others, proves a significant correlation between the two," Kantor said.
"We need a unified standard of what is legitimate criticism and what is hate speech with regards to Israel and the Jewish people," the EJC president said.
Several years ago, the European Union Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) created a working definition of anti-Semitism as it manifests itself with regards to Israel. According tpo Kantor, "these are very strong guidelines and should be adopted officially by the European Union."
"These results prove that we can no longer hide behind the mantra of free expression or couching anti-Semitic beliefs as mere criticisms of Israeli government policy. Hate speech is proscribed in every society and we need to legally define it as it relates to singling out the one Jewish state in the world."
A DOME built on the roof of a mosque is set to be awarded retrospective planning permission.
The fibreglass structure, on a former care home off Didsbury Street, Blackburn, had not been authorised by planners when it was built.
Planning permission was obtained for part of the renovation but did not cover the dome, which was donated from another mosque on nearby Audley Range.
Under planning law, developers are entitled to apply retrospectively for a permit.
The derelict former building is being restored thanks to a fundraising campaign.
A petition with more than 1,000 signatures has been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council calling for permission to be rejected.
The petition claims the dome was built “illegally” and objects to the number of mosques already in the town.
However, the application, by the Masjid-E-Saliheen mosque committee, is set to be approved when the planning committee, chaired by Labour’s Jim Smith, meets on Thursday evening.
In their assessment, planning bosses said the dome was a “prominent addition” to the building but did not detract from the local skyline.
The number of existing mosques is not a relevant consideration for the planning committee.
Therefore, planning officers have recommended permission be awarded.
